Today, certificates for scholarships and grants were presented by the heads of the regional council and the regional state administration to those who actively contribute to the development of culture and art in the region.

Scholarships of 2,000 hryvnias per month were awarded to cultural and artistic figures, as well as young talents:
- Ihor Petruk – master of folk art in wood carving, participant of “Samotsvity of Sarny”
- Tetiana Pozniak – artist of the Rivne Regional Philharmonic, director of cultural and artistic projects
- Natalia Pushkar – artist, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine
- Oleksandr Khavrat – photo artist, member of the National Union of Photographers of Ukraine
- Raissa Tsapun – associate professor of the Department of Musicology, Folklore, and Music Education at the Faculty of Music Art of RDGU, artistic director of the folk collectives “Dzherelo” and “Yaryna”, Honored Artist of Ukraine
- Daria Buhaychuk – vocalist, participant of nationwide festivals
- Volodymyr Horoshko – artist
- Sofia Hudovsek – writer, author and initiator of cultural and artistic projects
- Maria Kotiay – artist
- Tetiana Polishchuk – vocalist, actress, volunteer, laureate of national and international competitions
In addition, grants for the implementation of creative projects in the amount of 50,000 hryvnias each were awarded:
- Project “Masters of Word. Rivne Region”, author Natalia Demedyuk
- National Festival of Folk Choreography “Polkovyi Rozmai”, author Andrii Maiboroda
