Serhiy Tluchevych, born on January 27, 1993, in Lutsk, spent his entire life in Rivne. After graduating from Rivne Lyceum No. 2, he continued his studies at the Rivne Cooperative Economic and Legal College, later obtaining a higher education at the Lviv Commercial Academy and completing a master’s degree in “Accounting and Auditing” at the National University of Water Management and Nature Use.

Despite not having military education or experience, Serhiy worked as a mechanic and adjuster in an ice cream production facility. After the start of the full-scale invasion by Russia, he decided to become a volunteer and approached the military enlistment office. In May 2023, he was mobilized, underwent training in the United Kingdom, and later his unit was deployed to Luhansk region.

During his service, Serhiy sustained shrapnel wounds three times but distinguished himself, leading to his assignment for officer training.

The hero died in September 2024 while fulfilling his military duty and defending the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine in the Luhansk direction.
