According to the investigation data, a 41-year-old man, who is currently serving a sentence in one of the prisons in Rivne Region, committed acts of corruption against his daughter.

In September of last year, using the Telegram messenger, he sent pornographic images to his 14-year-old daughter.
The girl showed these files to her grandmother, who, in turn, informed the minor’s mother. The mother reported the incident to law enforcement authorities.
At this moment, the pre-trial investigation has been completed, and the indictment has already been submitted to the court. The man is charged with corrupting a child by a close relative and distributing pornographic images to a minor (Part 2 of Article 156, Part 2 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the sanctions of the specified articles, the maximum penalty provides for imprisonment for up to 8 years, as well as deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 3 years.
