A new direction of state support for agricultural producers has been launched in Ukraine — grants for the construction of vegetable and fruit storage facilities.
This is reported by Rivne24
This state assistance covers up to 30% of the construction costs, but not more than 20 million hryvnias, provided that co-financing is secured by the recipient. The support promotes the construction of new storage facilities, which must have a capacity of at least 3,000 tons.
Among the conditions for receiving the grant is the creation of new jobs: for vegetable storage facilities with a capacity of 3,000 to 6,000 tons, at least 12 permanent jobs must be created, and for facilities with a capacity of over 6,000 tons — no fewer than 16 employees.
The implementation period for new construction projects ranges from 6 to 18 months from the moment of receiving the grant funds.
