Yesterday, June 1, around 4:40 PM, during a patrol of the city, law enforcement officers stopped an unregistered “Yamaha” motorcycle.

During the conversation with the driver, a 54-year-old resident, the police noted signs of alcohol intoxication. However, the man refused to undergo a test both on-site and at a medical facility.
Furthermore, it was revealed that the driver had never obtained a driver’s license of the appropriate category.
While processing the administrative materials for the violation stipulated by part 1 of Article 130 and part 2 of Article 126 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the man, despite being warned about criminal liability, repeatedly attempted to bribe the officers with 10,000 hryvnias, which was recorded by a body camera.
In connection with this fact, investigators have initiated a pre-trial investigation under part 1 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
