Today, representatives of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights arrived to see the victim of the actions of the Sarne TCC, Ruslan Pharaon.

“We will continue to keep this case under constant control and will make every effort to ensure that no fact goes without proper assessment, and that the investigation is objective and brought to a conclusion,” wrote the victim’s daughter, Olena, on social media.
In response to a media inquiry, the spokesperson for the Rivne police, Maria Yustytska, reported that investigators have initiated a pre-trial investigation under part 1 of Article 122 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which pertains to intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm. Currently, law enforcement is establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
