Two new local fire and rescue units are planned to be established in the Varash district of the Rivne region. They will be located in the villages of Bile (Volodymyretska community) and Ozerets (Varash community).

As a result, the total number of fire and rescue units in the region will increase to 92, including 58 local fire teams and 34 volunteer teams.
Currently, there are already 15 local and volunteer units operating in the district, actively collaborating with professional rescuers to ensure prompt responses to emergencies. Just last year, these teams participated in extinguishing 67 fires, and since the beginning of this year, they have already responded to 17 incidents.
The local teams are equipped with 17 units of equipment, allowing them to meet the standard of arriving at the scene within 20 minutes after receiving a notification.
