Ihor Yakovchuk, a native of Rivne, was born on October 14, 1976. In August 2024, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, becoming part of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade, where he served in the fire support company. Unfortunately, on January 16, 2026, the 49-year-old warrior passed away in a medical facility in Rivne after a prolonged treatment following a serious injury sustained in March 2025 due to an enemy drone attack in the Zaporizhzhia direction.

Ruslan Shapovalenko was born on July 24, 1981, and lived in the village of Velykyi Oleksyn. He was a devoted patriot who did not hesitate to defend his homeland. As a sniper in an airborne unit, Ruslan was killed on June 4, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission in the Luhansk region.

Fedor Marchuk, born in 1973 in the village of Romeiky, also took up arms to defend Ukraine after the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion. He served as a sapper in the engineering and sapper unit and was killed on January 13, 2026, while performing a combat task.
