A series of examinations have been appointed. Police are investigating the circumstances of two tragic events.

On November 5, around 11:20 PM, in the village of Klesiv, a 16-year-old resident of the village of Vyry, driving a “Loncin” motorcycle, collided with a man on Central Street and then fell.
The boy fled the scene. Local residents, hearing a suspicious sound, went outside and found the victim. A 36-year-old resident of Klesiv assured that he was fine and did not need medical assistance, so he was taken home.
The next day, on November 6, around 10:30 AM, police were informed by residents of Klesiv that a teenager had been found dead by suicide on their territory on Tikhaya Street. Police established that the deceased was a 16-year-old resident of the village of Vyry. He had visible scratches on his legs, but the expert found no other bodily injuries.
Investigators seized fragments of the motorcycle and a mobile phone from the accident scene. The two-wheeled vehicle was found on the premises of a local hospital, where it had been left by the minor, as confirmed by surveillance camera footage.
Yesterday, November 7, around 10:30 AM, police visited the home of the victim to clarify details: medical personnel attempted to resuscitate the man at the residence, but unsuccessfully. According to the certificate, his death resulted from injuries sustained in the accident.
Investigators from the Sarny District Police Department opened two criminal proceedings: under part 1 of Article 115 (intentional murder with a note of suicide) and part 2 of Article 286 (violation of traffic safety rules resulting in the death of the victim).
