On October 9 at 12:08 PM, the Rivne rescue service received a report about the need to open the front door of an apartment on Prince Roman Street in the city of Rivne. Inside was a seriously ill woman born in 1973. A rescue team from the 25th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Rivne was dispatched to the scene.
