Rescuers successfully opened the door to the apartment where a man needed assistance.

On November 16 at 5:12 PM, the rescue service received a signal that a man, born in 1950, had not responded to his relatives for an extended period on Kobzarska Street in Rivne.
Firefighters from the 25th State Fire and Rescue Unit used a ladder to reach the third floor, entering the apartment through a window, where they found the man unable to get up on his own.
The rescuers opened the door for the police and medics, who provided the necessary assistance to the victim.
