An indictment has been sent to court regarding a resident of Rivne who purchased and sold the particularly dangerous psychotropic substance “PVP” online.

During the pre-trial investigation, two instances of her selling prohibited substances were recorded.
The 38-year-old woman is charged with the illegal acquisition, storage for the purpose of sale, as well as the illegal sale of a particularly dangerous psychotropic substance, committed repeatedly.
The court has chosen a preventive measure for her in the form of detention with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 60,560 UAH. She paid this amount, resulting in her release from custody.
