Oleksandr had a wide range of interests: as a child, he engaged in modeling, and in adulthood, he especially enjoyed fishing, which became his favorite hobby.

“He was a very good person, just didn’t open up to everyone. Oleksandr was very well-read in psychology, could see through people, and always tried to protect his loved ones from the ill intentions of others. Although he knew how people could behave, he always came to the aid of anyone in need,” says his wife Natalia.

On May 29, 2025, Oleksandr was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“He was the best dad and the best husband for us because he always strived for his family. His love was boundless. He especially loved his daughter – she was the most important person in his life, and he was eagerly looking forward to meeting her,” says his wife.

Unfortunately, 34-year-old soldier Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Radovenchyk was killed on September 17, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission in the Pokrovsk direction, bravely fulfilling his military duty.

The Hero is survived by his wife, daughter, parents, and sister.

The farewell to the defender will take place on Tuesday, September 23, at 10:00 AM at Independence Square in Rivne. The memorial service will be held at the Holy Protection Cathedral, and the Hero will be buried at the “Nove” cemetery.
