The convicted individual, who has repeatedly come to the attention of law enforcement for petty thefts, is currently in a detention center.

In May of last year, a 51-year-old resident of Lviv region reported to the police. He stated that on Morosenka Street, a somewhat unfamiliar young man approached him and asked to borrow money, but was refused. After that, the attacker sprayed the victim in the eyes with tear gas, snatched the phone and money from his hands.
The police promptly detained the perpetrator, who turned out to be a 20-year-old resident of Dubno. He managed to sell the stolen items to an acquaintance.
The investigator informed the suspect of the charges against him. Initially, the court imposed a preventive measure of house arrest on the suspect, but later changed it to detention, where he remains to this day.
The pre-trial investigation has been completed, and the materials of the criminal case have been submitted to the court. Recently, the court issued a verdict: 7 years of imprisonment.
