New Experts in the Mission
On February 9, the 54th rotation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) permanent monitoring mission began at the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant.

Discussion on Safety at the NPP
During a meeting involving representatives from the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant and the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine, the results of the previous 53rd IAEA mission were discussed, as well as the current safety situation at the facility. The parties reviewed the experts’ recommendations and discussed important aspects of ensuring the safety of nuclear installations.
The new team of experts will work at the NPP for the next three weeks, fulfilling their duties as part of the monitoring activities.
