An accident occurred in the confectionery workshop where a pastry chef suffered a severe hand injury. The incident took place during the process of making filling for confectionery products.
It is known that the worker’s right hand was caught in the moving parts of the confectionery equipment, resulting in serious injuries.
A special commission is currently investigating the circumstances of this accident.
