Renovation work has begun on the skatepark located near the Peter and Paul Cathedral in Kostopol. Currently, the worn-out plywood surface on the structures is being replaced.

This project is part of the initiatives from the Youth Council, which previously included it in the targeted program for youth support for 2026–2027. The program was designed to improve conditions for youth in the community.
The skatepark was opened in Kostopol in 2019 as part of a project to revitalize the public space in the park. The current renovation aims to extend the lifespan of the structures and ensure safe conditions for all visitors.
