The 50th IAEA Mission Begins at the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant

A new rotation of international observers has started at the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant, consisting of specialists from Argentina, Romania, and Canada.

This team has replaced experts from Nigeria, Armenia, Poland, and Namibia, who completed their three-week mission at the site.

Over the next three weeks, the 50th IAEA team will continue monitoring compliance with international standards in nuclear and radiation safety, as well as observing the implementation of the seven fundamental principles of nuclear safety and assessing the state of infrastructure at the NPP.
