The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine has registered an additional stock issuance of PJSC “Rivne People’s Club ‘Veres’.

In April of this year, the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal in Lviv confirmed the legality of the decision of the Rivne District Administrative Court, which had previously supported the position of PJSC “RNC ‘Veres’ in a legal dispute with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
This decision resulted from recognizing the unlawful refusal of the NSSMC to conduct an additional stock issuance of the people’s club, which opens new opportunities for financing and developing the team.
