As a result of the strike on civilian infrastructure and residential areas in the Rivne region, three people aged 43, 46, and 57 have died. Six others have been injured.

The injured are in medical facilities where they are receiving necessary assistance. Psychologists are working at the shelling sites and also visiting the wounded in hospitals, providing them with support.
Currently, emergency rescue operations are ongoing. Explosive experts are surveying the area for dangerous debris, while rescuers are addressing the consequences of the destruction.
Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine and the police are documenting evidence of war crimes. Pre-trial investigations have been initiated under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes).
