According to preliminary information, an 80-year-old driver of a “Hyundai Genz” failed to yield while making a left turn, resulting in a collision with a “Volkswagen Passat.” As a result of the impact, the “Hyundai” was pushed into a “Volkswagen LT” that was stationary in the lane.
As a result of the accident, a 65-year-old passenger in the “Hyundai” sustained a traumatic brain injury, rib contusion, collarbone fracture, and spinal injury.
The investigator has already initiated a pre-trial investigation.
