A 13-year-old boy from the village of Berezove is in serious condition in intensive care, while his 14-year-old female neighbor is being treated in trauma care. Both teenagers were not wearing helmets at the time of the incident.
It has been established that yesterday, May 8, around 4 PM in the village of Berezove, the driver of an unregistered Mustang motorcycle failed to take into account the road conditions and speed. As a result, he lost control and crashed into a concrete power pole.
As a result of the accident, the boy suffered an open traumatic brain injury, severe brain contusion, as well as multiple fractures of the frontal and temporal areas of the facial skull bones.
The girl, who was a passenger, was diagnosed with a closed traumatic brain injury, hematomas, and bruises.
