In order to properly prepare the territory of the ‘New’ cemetery for the Day of Remembrance of the Deceased (Conducting), the Special Combined Service – funeral service will begin a phase of intensive general cleaning.
From April 15 to 19, entry of private vehicles into the territory of the ‘New’ cemetery will be prohibited. During these days, large special machinery and freight transport will operate in an intensified mode within the necropolis.
The restrictions are being implemented for the purpose of:
- ensuring the unobstructed operation of equipment for waste removal and the arrangement of pathways;
- avoiding traffic jams and emergency situations on narrow passages;
- guaranteeing the safety of visitors.
