Two cases of frostbite and hypothermia have been recorded in the Rivne region.

In the village of Dyven, located in the Velykomezhyritsi territorial community, a man born in 1969 was hospitalized in the surgical department of the KNP “Hoshchanska Multidisciplinary Hospital” in a condition of moderate severity with a diagnosis of frostbite.
On the same day, in the village of Holubne in the Berezniv territorial community, a man born in 1962 was admitted to the intensive care unit of the Berezniv BLIIL. His condition is also assessed as moderate, with a diagnosis of general hypothermia.
