The process began with registration at the Irish film company Celtic Casting. Olga received an invitation for a costume and makeup fitting for a project with the working title NERO. The script was kept secret, and the extras signed non-disclosure agreements.

“We were brought to the location in County Wicklow – a large wasteland was transformed into a grand amusement park with an artificial lake. There, I met another Ukrainian. Before filming began, our phone cameras were taped over, and we were asked to sign non-disclosure agreements – no one was allowed to talk about what was being filmed,” recalls Olga.

According to Batyuk, the atmosphere on set was both exhausting and exhilarating. Filming lasted from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM in temperatures of only +6 degrees. The extras received three meals a day, as well as blankets and hand warmers.

“We were shocked when we found out on site that this was the filming of the continuation of the series Wednesday,” Olga recounts.

Olga appears on screen in the 5th episode of the second season of Wednesday at the 27-minute and 46-second mark. She noted that she did not expect such attention and care for the extras.

“We were truly valued and taken care of. This gave me the confidence that I want to continue acting. If I’m lucky, I would really love to be part of other international projects,” she stated.
