Since the beginning of 2026, the Rivne Regional Employment Service has provided assistance to 481 combat veterans. Among them, 430 individuals received unemployed status, and 333 received unemployment benefits.

During this period, jobs were found for 124 veterans. Additionally, 60 individuals underwent vocational training, and 21 residents of the region received training vouchers. In total, 355 unemployed combat veterans utilized career guidance services.
As of May 19, 2026, 204 veterans continue to receive services from the employment service, of which 178 have unemployed status.
Grant Program for Veterans
A grant program called “Grants for Veterans and Their Families” is also actively functioning in Rivne Region, which is part of the state policy “Made in Ukraine.” 130 residents of the region received positive decisions for creating or developing their own businesses.
Among them, 122 grant recipients have already received funding totaling 56.2 million hryvnias. Thanks to these projects, the region plans to create over 240 new jobs.
The acceptance of new applications for grants for veterans and their families is ongoing. Applications for grants can be submitted through the Diia Portal.
