A report of domestic violence was received on the 102 hotline regarding an incident that occurred in Rivne.

Upon arriving at the scene, police discovered that a 35-year-old man was committing both physical and psychological violence against his wife. He not only used foul language but also threatened, shoved, knocked the phone out of her hands, and even harassed their 4-year-old son.
This aggression took place in the presence of two other minor children.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the offender for:
- Part 1 of Article 173-2 (Commission of Domestic Violence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- Part 2 of Article 173-2 (Commission of Domestic Violence Against a Minor) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and an urgent restraining order was issued.
Another incident occurred in Dubno, where a woman reported that her 36-year-old husband was committing psychological violence against her in the presence of three minor children.
The patrol officers who arrived at the scene drew up administrative protocols against the abuser for Part 3 of Article 173-2 (Repeated Commission of Domestic Violence Within a Year and in the Presence of Children) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
