Farewell to the Hero
Tomorrow, November 20, at 10:00 AM, a farewell will be held for the serviceman of the 130th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion, Vladislav Parashchuk, in Independence Square in Dubno.

The 26-year-old warrior died on November 12, 2025, during a battle for Ukraine in Sumy Oblast, defending its freedom and independence.
Vladislav grew up in the city of Dubno, where he studied at Dubno Lyceum No. 6 and later obtained a profession at Dubno Vocational Lyceum. After his studies, he worked at the Dubnovodokanal utility company.
Upon taking up the defense of his homeland, he remained true to his military oath and fought bravely against the Russian occupiers until his last breath.
In honor of the memory of heroes, by the order of the city mayor, November 20 has been declared a Day of Mourning in Dubno.
