The eOselya program continues to operate in the Rivne region, where 154 families have received loans for housing purchases. Among those who took advantage of this opportunity are representatives of the Defense Forces, medical professionals, educators, and internally displaced persons.
Since the program’s implementation in the region, 790 loans have been issued for a total amount of 1.1 billion UAH, placing Rivne region 7th in Ukraine by this indicator.
For representatives of privileged categories, there is an option to obtain a mortgage at an annual rate of 3%, while other borrowers can expect a rate of 7%.
