On September 25, a family from Rivne went to the village of Mochulky to gather mushrooms. During the gathering, the 74-year-old father went missing, and his relatives began searching for him.

At first, the family tried to find the grandfather on their own, but to no avail. As night approached and the temperature dropped to zero degrees, they turned to the police for assistance.
A patrol police response team quickly arrived at the scene. Despite poor communication, the officers were able to determine the approximate location of the missing person. The police activated their siren and flashing lights, which enabled the pensioner to find his way out of the forest, holding mushrooms in his hands.
The family joyfully returned home with their grandfather.
