In the city of Ostroh, the body of a man born in 1977 was found on Kozatska Street. The preliminary cause of death is general hypothermia due to exposure to low temperatures.
At 7:30 PM, a man born in 1993, a resident of the village of Rokytne, was hospitalized in the trauma department of the Rokytne hospital with signs of hypothermia. The circumstances of the incident and the condition of the victim are currently being clarified.
At around 9:40 PM, a resident of the village of Chakwa, born in 1962, sought medical attention at the emergency department of the Volodymyrets hospital. Medical staff diagnosed him with frostbite on the fingers of his right hand. The victim was hospitalized in the trauma department, and his condition is assessed as stable.
