In order to improve traffic organization, changes were made on February 19 to the cycle diagram (operation mode) of the traffic light at the intersection of Soborna, Dubenska, and Kotsiubynskoho streets.

The traffic light now operates in a three-phase mode:
- First phase – traffic movement on Soborna Street.
- Second phase – left turn (with additional traffic light sections) at Dubenska and Kotsiubynskoho streets.
- Third phase – traffic movement on Dubenska Street.
Additionally, the traffic light is equipped with a “green arrow” sign at the level of the red signal, allowing right turns, but requiring a mandatory stop before turning and yielding to pedestrians and vehicles coming from other directions.
