Law enforcement officers detained the suspects in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. This became known thanks to the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office, which informed them of the charges.
Today, October 16, the court granted the investigator’s request and imposed a preventive measure of detention for the suspects for a period of 60 days without the possibility of bail.
