The death of two defenders from the Rivne region has been officially confirmed.

Vitali Vasylovych Myronets, born in 1982, was a resident of the village of Vitkovychi. He served as a senior soldier and squad commander of an infantry platoon, defending Ukraine since July 2025. He was killed on November 24, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia region, having been considered missing for over three weeks.
Oleksandr Tykhonovych Shnayder, born in 1975, was from the village of Zirne. He served as a senior soldier and border service inspector and was an excavator operator in the fortification equipment division of the border outpost. He had been serving since April 2024 and was killed on December 6, 2025, while performing a combat mission in the Kharkiv region.
