The demolition acts were drawn up the day before by the Municipal Guard of the city of Rivne.

According to the information, the temporary structures located on Kyivska Street near the “Silpo” supermarket were installed in violation of current legislation.
Kiosk owners have been given a deadline until February 26, 2026, for self-demolition. In case of non-compliance with this obligation, as stated in the act, the demolition will be carried out forcibly, and the costs will be borne by the owners.
No official comments from the city council regarding this incident have been received so far.
