During the night in Rivne, on Vasyl Chervoniy Street, police stopped a Honda vehicle for violating traffic rules: the driver failed to signal when changing direction.

During the document check, it was revealed that the 46-year-old driver had already been stripped of his driving privileges.
Additionally, the man exhibited signs of drug intoxication. The police offered him a medical examination to determine his state of intoxication, but the driver refused.
The police compiled administrative materials against the driver for the following articles:
• Part 2 of Article 122 (Failed to signal with the appropriate turn signal) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
• Part 5 of Article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person who has been deprived of such a right) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
• Part 2 of Article 130 (Driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs repeatedly within a year) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
