On the N-25 Horodysche — Rivne — Starokostiantyniv highway, near the village of Oleksandriya, patrol police officers stopped a Mercedes-Benz vehicle for violating traffic rules. The driver violated road marking requirements by crossing a solid line.

During communication with the inspectors, the 28-year-old driver showed signs of alcohol intoxication. The patrol officers offered her a sobriety test, which resulted in 1.07 promille.
Administrative materials were drawn up against the driver for the violations:
- under part 1 of article 122 (violation of road marking requirements) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- under part 1 of article 130 (driving under the influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
