1.81 and 1.50 promille — two intoxicated drivers were issued reports by the patrol.

Last night on the highway near the village of Zorya, patrol officers stopped a Volkswagen vehicle that was driving in the opposite lane. During the document check, it was revealed that the driver did not possess a driver’s license of the appropriate category. Additionally, he showed signs of alcohol intoxication. The examination result showed 1.81 promille.
The 39-year-old offender was issued administrative materials for violations:
- under part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- under part 2 of Article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person who does not have such a right) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
Also, yesterday in Sarny on Rivnenska Street, patrol officers stopped a Forte electric scooter for violating traffic rules. During the document check, it was found that the 37-year-old driver also showed signs of alcohol intoxication. The examination result was 1.50 promille, and the inspectors issued an administrative report against the man under part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
