In the city of Sarny, on Kovel Street, patrol officers stopped a Lifan motorcycle for violating traffic rules.

During the document check, signs of alcohol intoxication were found in the 38-year-old driver. The examination result was 0.70‰, indicating an excess of the permissible limit.
The patrol officers compiled administrative materials against the offender under the following articles:
- Part 1 of Article 130 (Driving Under the Influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- Part 1 of Article 126 (Driving a Vehicle Without Proper Documents) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
