The Dubno community honored the memory of another Hero, soldier Mykola Voloshyn, who died defending Ukraine.

The warrior gave his life on November 2, 2024, in the combat zone in Donetsk.
On the day of farewell, the community bowed their heads in deep sorrow, welcoming their defender with full military honors. A memorial service was conducted by the priests of the Dubno deanery of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
After the memorial service, the mourning procession headed to the St. Ilya Cathedral in the city of Dubno, where the funeral rites took place. Mykola Voloshyn found his final resting place at the Alley of Glory.
