The compensation amount will be 15% of the cost of purchased diesel fuel, but will not exceed 200,000 Hryvnias per farmer.

The compensation is calculated based on a norm of no more than 70 liters per hectare. Expenses for fuel purchased by farmers will be reimbursed starting from March 30.
To receive the compensation, farmers must submit the relevant documents to the Department of Agricultural Development. This can be done:
- in person at the address: Rivne, Prosviity Square, 1, office 224;
- remotely, by sending certified documents in PDF format with an electronic digital signature to the department’s official email.
