An incident involving a motorcyclist has been reported in the Rokytne community.

Recently, a video surfaced on the social media platform Facebook showing a motorcyclist violating traffic rules in the village of Rokytne, specifically on Independence Street, near the “Dzvinochok” store.
Law enforcement agencies promptly responded to this violation, identifying the motorcyclist and holding him accountable for administrative offenses.
Authorities discovered that the motorcycle driver was riding on the sidewalk without a helmet, lacked a valid insurance policy, and did not possess a driver’s license of the appropriate category. Moreover, he had already been deprived of the right to operate vehicles.
For committing a series of administrative violations, the motorcyclist was fined 20,400 UAH.
Additionally, in accordance with Article 259 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, he was taken to the second department of the Sarny district territorial recruitment and social support center, as he had evaded conscription during mobilization.
