Investigators have launched a pre-trial investigation into the case of the death of two individuals.

According to the investigative department, the driver of the BMW car, a 31-year-old resident of the village of Chudel, failed to maintain a safe distance, which led to a collision with a Volvo truck driven by a 32-year-old resident of Rivne.
As a result of the traffic accident, the driver of the passenger car and his passenger, a 37-year-old resident of Sarny, sustained injuries incompatible with life and died at the scene.
The investigator has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the violation of traffic rules that resulted in the death of two individuals, in accordance with part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
