On December 3 at 10:31, the Rivne Rescue Service received a report of a fire at a transformer substation on Danila Halytsky Street in the city of Rivne.

Two emergency response units from the 3rd State Fire and Rescue Unit of Rivne were dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, the rescuers found that the fire had broken out inside the transformer substation. To ensure safety, the electricity supply to the transformer was disconnected, after which the rescuers quickly extinguished the fire.
No one was injured as a result of the incident.
Two fire trucks and 11 rescuers were involved in extinguishing the fire. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently being investigated.
