Food Prices in Rivne Region Increased in November 2025

In November 2025, food and non-alcoholic beverage prices in the Rivne region rose by 0.3%.

According to the Main Statistical Office in the Rivne region, the largest increase was observed in egg prices, which rose by 21.6%. Prices for lard, margarine, other vegetable fats, milk, processed grain products, vegetables, flour confectionery, fish, bread, non-alcoholic beverages, sour cream, cream, beef, cheese, rice, and pasta increased within the range of 7.7% to 0.2%.

At the same time, prices for chocolate, fruits, sunflower oil, dairy products, sugar, pork, poultry meat, butter, and sugar confectionery decreased by 4.6% to 0.8%.

Prices for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products increased by 1.6%, with tobacco products rising by 2.2% and alcoholic beverages by 0.9%.

There was also a general increase in transportation prices by 1%. This is related to the rise in costs for road passenger transport by 2.3%, particularly suburban bus fares, which increased by 10.4%, as well as fuel and lubricants, which went up by 1.1%.

The increase in prices (tariffs) for housing, water, electricity, gas, and other types of fuel was 0.1%, mainly due to a 0.7% rise in housing maintenance and repair costs.

In the area of household goods and appliances, prices increased by 0.9%, driven by a 1.7% rise in goods and services for daily home maintenance, a 1.4% increase in furniture and furnishings, a 0.3% rise in household textiles, and a 0.1% increase in household appliances.

A decrease in healthcare prices by 0.4% occurred due to a 1.1% drop in the cost of pharmaceutical products and medical goods. At the same time, outpatient services increased by 1% and hospital services by 0.9%.

Clothing and footwear became cheaper by 2.2%, with footwear decreasing by 3% and clothing by 1.5%.
