Today, February 26, the ten-day period allocated for the voluntary demolition of kiosks near the “Silpo” store located on Kyivska Street has ended.
In this regard, the Department of Municipal Guard, in accordance with the Procedure for the Demolition of Illegally Installed Temporary Structures, has submitted materials that will soon be reviewed by a special commission.
These materials pertain to the forced demolition of the aforementioned temporary structures.
We remind you that the validity period of the attachment passports for temporary structures used for trade expired on January 14.
As of February 26, the owner of the kiosks has not taken any measures for voluntary demolition. He has also not made contact with the inspectors from the Department of Municipal Guard, despite numerous attempts to reach out from their side.
