Due to the reorganization of the structure of the State Registration of Civil Status Acts (DRACS) departments, the Administrative Services Center (ASC) in the city of Rivne and its territorial subdivisions have suspended the acceptance of applications for the state registration of civil status acts.

- “State registration of birth”;
- “State registration of name change”;
- “State registration of divorce”;
- “State registration of marriage”;
- “Issuance of an extract from the State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens”;
- “Issuance of a certificate of state registration of civil status acts reissued”;
- “Comprehensive electronic public service ‘eMaljatko’.”
