The Rivne region plans to increase the number of shelters thanks to international funding, which will take place in many regions of Ukraine.

Currently, an analysis of the need for shelters is being conducted in the Rivne region. The inventory of newly constructed shelters that are being put into operation is being updated. The next step will be to determine priorities for the construction of modern civil protection facilities capable of withstanding various threats.
According to the Plan for Comprehensive Inspections of Civil Protection Shelter Fund Facilities, 2420 inspections of shelters have been carried out. 37 rulings have been issued and fines imposed for violations of legislation regarding the maintenance and operation of these facilities. At the same time, there is an annual increase in the number of inclusive facilities.
