Despite numerous warnings, 14 individuals became victims of scammers in just two days.

The schemes used by the fraudsters were well-known: money loans, savings preservation, purchasing goods through social networks (household items, cars, etc.), as well as situations where they claim that “your relative is in trouble.”
The amounts that victims transferred to the scammers ranged from 2,000 to 400,000 hryvnias. The highest number of cases was recorded in the regional center and Rivne district.
Police urge citizens to take precautions:
- do not disclose confidential information;
- do not click on suspicious links; discuss all transaction details exclusively in chats on trading platforms;
- if a bank representative calls you — hang up and call the hotline; if they report problems with relatives or ask for a loan — verify this information with your loved ones.
