Fuel worth over 150,000 hryvnias seized from illegal circulation

In October 2025, employees of the excise goods control department uncovered the illegal operation of a gas station in Rivne.
The underground gas station was operating at 108a Kyivska Street. An individual, lacking entrepreneur status, organized the retail sale of fuel without any permits.
As a result of control and inspection measures, fuel worth over 152,000 hryvnias was seized from illegal circulation. A protocol on administrative offenses was drawn up in accordance with part 1 of Article 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses — conducting business activities without state registration.
